Anna Engvall studied at Nyckelviksskolan in Lidingö from 2015 to 2017 before doing a bachelor’s in furniture design at LiU Malmstens from 2017 to 2020. Engvall’s degree project was called Asymmetry and was a study where asymmetry was used as a key word in the design and manufacture of furniture. The work resulted in two forms which both were produced in full scale.
In 2020, Engvall was represented in the Ex-Works 2020 exhibition with a bookshelf from the Asymmetry project.
Since graduating from LiU Malmsten, Engvall has been working as a freelance designer with furniture, interiors, and woven textiles.
