Jakob Tangen has a bachelor’s in design from HDK-Valand in Gothenburg. His degree project from 2022 was an investigation of his own exploratory design process. The result was a foldable chair made of aluminum and paper cord, called Kilapsmos; a combination of the words collapse and Klismos, an ancient Greek nobleman’s chair by which he was inspired.
