Julia Prytz graduated from LiU Malmstens in Stockholm in 2015. In 2014 Prytz was one of twenty-four students from three Scandinavian design colleges who participated in a one year long workshop together with Lammhults called X-Works.
Five of the students were later chosen to continue the collaboration with the company. Prytz was one of them, and the table Deco was launched in 2017, while she got a place at the Lammhults freelance design team.
Since 2016 Julia Prytz is based at Svenskt Tenn’s interior design studio, commissioned to work on projects in private homes as well as public environments. Besides she runs her own design studio.
In 2019/2020 Prytz was are part of the Female Traces exhibition at the Museum of Furniture Studies.
