Lennart Jansson made interior architecture for public buildings including several Swedish embassies, while also designing chairs such as Sitten (1978) and Sittisen (1979).
Lennart Jansson designed several public interiors such as Swedish embassies and Rosenbad, the government district in Stockholm.
During the late 1970’s Jansson designed several chairs in the collection Birka for the Swedish furniture manufacturer Per Rydén. In 1978 they launched the chair Sitten and the following year Sittisen that is a part of the collection at the Museum of Furniture Studies in Stockholm. In 1979 Jansson also designed the side table Smalen that was sold through Nordiska Galleriet in Stockholm.
