Sture Eng designed the shelf system Combina for KF (Swedish Coop) in the 1970’s and in 1974 he designed the round dinner table Runt om (eng. Around) for the office furniture company Kinnarps. Runt om is a part of the collection at the Museum of Furniture Studies.
Sture Eng has designed furniture for Kinnarps, Miljöexpo, IKEA and Edsbyn. Together with Kjell Nordin, Eng worked on several furniture collections such as Ferrum for Miljöexpo in 1979, that was designed especially for waiting rooms. Together with Dan Ihreborn Eng has made several pieces for Edsbyn since 2015.
Eng has been a teacher at LiU Malmstens and Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts and Design and been an appointed professor in interior design at Royal Institute of Technology, all in Stockholm.
